Sydney CBD Masseuse on a Fitness Trip
Sydney CBD courtesan May is back on her fitness mission, which sounds very glamorous until you remember it involves cold mornings, gym shoes, and arguing with yourself on a treadmill. Still, the bikini islands are calling, the body wants attention, and this cheeky city girl has decided it is time to get strong, sexy, and slightly too pleased with herself again.
My lovely readers,
I’m here to officially announce Sydney CBD courtesan has recommitted to training again. 😛
Yes, I know. It is cold. It is grey. The sofa is seductive. The snacks are flirting with me from the kitchen. But I have decided that enough is enough. By the time the weather starts behaving itself, I will already be back into my routine, moving properly, feeling stronger, and pretending I never had a lazy phase at all.
Has your sexy courtesan turned into a talking whale floating around Sydney CBD? Absolutely not, darling. Calm down. The body is still very much here, thank you. But I have slowed down a little, for one reason or another, and now it is time to pick up the game again.
Also, I am planning more trips to beautiful bikini islands, and I am far too competitive to arrive looking like I lost a fight with winter. I want to feel sharp, toned, confident, and annoyingly pleased with myself. Perfection? Maybe. Ambitious? Definitely. Possible? Watch me.
Today is a gentle start. I am planning to go to a yoga class, which sounds peaceful until you remember that yoga can make grown adults shake like baby deer. Tomorrow, I am heading to the gym in Sydney CBD for what I hope will be a one-hour run. Please notice I said “hope.” I am brave, not stupid.
Why mention Sydney CBD? Because standards here are high. Everyone seems polished, busy, fit, glowing, drinking green things, and walking like they have a meeting with destiny. So yes, training in the city gives me that extra little push. Nobody wants to be the woman on the treadmill negotiating with herself after seven minutes.

But seriously, I do think it is important to challenge yourself. Not just with fitness, but with life. I have always been like this. At university, I worked hard and did well. In my previous work, I gave my best and was valued. Now, in my current world as a courtesan, well… I suppose that part is for you to discover.
For me, the secret is motivation. Training is much harder when you have no goal. “I should get fit” is too vague. It sounds like something we say on a Monday and forget by Thursday. A real goal works better. Something like, “I want to feel amazing in a bikini by August,” or “I want to run for one hour without making dramatic facial expressions,” or “I want to walk into a room and know my body has been loved, trained, and looked after.”
Keep a record, too. I know it sounds boring, but it helps. Write down what you did, how long you trained, how you felt, what improved. Progress is sexy. It gives you that little spark to keep going. At the beginning, every workout feels like a personal attack. Later, it becomes part of you. Once you reach your goal, maintaining it is much easier. Word of your Sydney CBD concubine.
Training gives so much more than a better body. It gives energy. It clears your head. It improves your mood. It makes you stand differently, walk differently, flirt differently. Confidence does not always come from a mirror, but let us be honest, sometimes the mirror helps.
In my case, being fitter also means I feel more alive, more playful, and more comfortable in my own skin. And when I feel good in my body, everybody benefits. You enjoy the view, I enjoy the attention, and harmony returns to the universe. Very spiritual, really.
I have always believed the body is a kind of art. Not perfect art. Not frozen, polished, boring art. Living art. Moving art. Art that changes depending on how you treat it. When you understand that, you stop punishing your body and start shaping it with care. You become your own little sculpture maker.

May’s beautiful feet and black ball
So yes, Sydney CBD courtesan May is on a fitness trip. For real this time. Yoga today, gym tomorrow, bikini confidence soon.
And if you hear me complaining about sore legs next week, please be kind. Or at least pretend to be.
P.S. Summer is coming to London, my favourite season. I’ll be working with the Mayfair girls at Baker street, ready to welcome you, tease you a little, and make sure your summer feels much warmer than the London weather usually allows.
